The Fishwife

This small santon of 4 to 5 cm is the fishmonger who is part of the santons who get up early in the morning.
Our santon fishmonger sells the fish caught at night and her day begins at dawn before the arrival of her santon customers (of course! ;- )).
On the market or in the halls after covering her stall with ice, she will arrange her fish, shellfish and crustaceans.

The adult santons measure around 4 to 5 cm and all the animals and accessories are matched to the size of the santons.
They are just like us, some bigger, some smaller, some fatter, some thinner!
They are therefore compatible with other collections of santons of this size.

All our santons and cot accessories sold on our website are handmade in our workshops in Provence, in the traditional way, in clay, fired and painted by hand.
